I am a UX Designer and researcher with a strong focus on creating user-centered, intuitive experiences. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to design and optimize user journeys across a wide range of industries, including telecom, energy services, EdTech, and FinTech. In each of these projects, my goal has been to deeply understand user pain points, behaviors, and needs, translating those insights into impactful and seamless digital experiences. Whether through research, prototyping, or usability testing, I work to ensure that every interaction feels natural and efficient.

With a keen eye for both the functional and aesthetic aspects of design, I focus on creating interfaces that not only meet business goals but also delight users. I collaborate closely with stakeholders and development teams to ensure a cohesive, user-friendly end product. I believe in designing solutions that empower users, simplify complex processes, and ultimately drive business success through thoughtful and empathetic design.

I hold a BFA in Visual Communication Design from the University of Hartford and have further refined my skills through a UI/UX Design Bootcamp at the University of New Hampshire and Springboard. I’m a strong advocate for continuous growth in my career, always seeking opportunities to expand my knowledge and stay current with emerging technologies, design methodologies, and industry trends. Outside of design, I enjoy outdoor activities like camping, hiking, biking, and skiing. I also love experimenting with new recipes, spending quality time with family and friends, and exploring new cities and cultures through travel. Recently, I've picked up golf—though I’m still working on keeping my ball on the fairway! I live in the Greater Boston area with my husband and our 4-year-old Shih Tzu, Kip.
